Dried Pioppino

Latin name : Cyclocybe aegerita (Agrocybe aegerita)

Instructions : Soak for at least 30 minutes in lukewarm water and rinse (time may vary according to the species). Cook like fresh mushrooms. Filter water and use as broth.
